Aren’t Trump voters tired of smearing Cruz? Only a few days ago the GOPe said they “could work with Trump”. Now Trump is so bad to them that they “could work with Cruz.”
This is a victory for all of us! It means that neither man is willing to work with the bastards and now they’re down to a choice between two men who they loathe and who is bad for the Washington cartel. Instead of celebrating, we keep on savaging each other! Though a Cruz supporter, if Trump is the nominee I will be excited to help him get elected, especially because how vicious the GOPe has been to him, just like they have been to Ted for several years now. How about you? Are you willing to do the same? Has there any conservative senator willing to call the sleazeball McConnell a liar to his face on the floor of the Senate? How can you still think that he’s in bed with those guys? Let’s unite behind our two people and hope they don’t destroy each other too much before the general.
What the GOPe doesn’t get is that what they’re praying for, a brokered convention, could result in their worst scenario: it will force Trump and Cruz to join forces because on their own they will be picked apart by the GOPe. That would be a formidable force against Hillary.

Cruz is being backed by the establishment here in FL and Cruz has no problem with it.
Millions are being spent on attack AD;’s against Trump. Cruz has Romney;’s staff,. Romney said vote for cruz, Graham said he could work with Cruz.
Others in the establishment have said they will vote for Clinton if Trump is the nominee.
Maybe President Trump would appoint Cruz and Christie as Supremes?

Yeah, people don’t see the REALITY- just what fits their partisan view.
After March 15 it will be clear whether he can win and Cruz will have a decision to make.
GOPe can offer him... legislation, veto on some legislation, new Majority Leader, good stuff for Texas, committee assignments, re-election support...
Trump can offer him most of the same and an Executive appointment.
He’ll be free to choose whatever’s best for him and the country.

What would REALLY be fantastic would be if Trump and Cruz would cut a deal in secret and then announce it at the convention, such that Cruz pledged his delegates to Trump. Cruz would either be Veep or AG (to pick all judicial nominees, prosecute Hillary and the corrupt Obamaites), and then to be named to the SC. THAT would be a schaedenfreude moment.
