I have read a few of Trump's books and learned of his many accomplishments. The man believes in excellence and delivering value to his customers.
The man's track record of success is our best guarantee that he can do an excellent job as President.
And his outreach and the personal connection he's made to the thousands and thousands of people who have attended his rallies is another thing that gives me confidence.
Trump is a creature of pride. So if he's made a commitment to people, he's going to give it his best to honor that commitment. He's done it his entire working life.
He's bold, smart, cares about military and law enforcement. As a manager of a large organization that he owns, he's hired and won the support of many smart people. So I'm confident he will hire a fabulous team of people in his administration.
I'm tired of the corruption in Washington. Everyone else seems to be beholden to the Golden Sacks of the world. Let's give him a shot, I say.
If Trump does any of the things that he’s promised to do I’ll be mildly surprised.
However, you said that you’re tired of the corruption in DC but Trump has been a player in political corruption; he’s admitted it. Playing both sides from the middle, using payola for business favors, etc. That is classic political corruption.
Perhaps he’s tired of it and wants to make amends for his past deeds by restoring some honesty and dignity to our federal government but I’m not holding out much hope.
