Man: I Slapped Wife to Teach Her Lesson for Being Rude
Malaysia Star ^ | Tuesday, 8 March 2016

A veterinary officer told a magistrate’s court here that he slapped his wife several times inside a hospital lift because she was rude to him.

Mohammad Affandi Ismail, 39, from Jerantut, Pahang, said he was angry and wanted to teach her a lesson for disrespecting him as her husband.

Questioned by DPP Datuk Razali Che Ani, he replied that he had acted spontaneously when he slapped her multiple times on the head and kicked her twice.

“It was spontaneous. I was angry that she had turned her back to me.

“I slapped the back of her head and kicked her.

“I was aiming for her mouth because we had argued over family matters before that,” he said and agreed with Razali that he beat up his wife on his own will and nobody had forced him to do so.

Magistrate Mohd Fitri Sadardin adjourned the trial to March 10 for continued hearing.

Mohammad Affandi was ordered by a magistrate’s court to enter his defence on a charge of voluntarily causing harm.

He is accused of committing the offence at the KPJ Hospital in Bandar Perda at about 4pm on Aug 12, 2013. The charge under Section 323 of the Penal Code carries a maximum one-year jail term or maximum RM2,000 fine or both.

I was going to say what you did but refrained

Women stay for reasons known only to themselves and I’m not there

But it is disturbing

Women love to get in a man’s face and push buttons hoping a man will react instinctively like he would to a man

Best to just walk away and eventually keep going

That’s my advice to either sex when it gets to violence or ridicule

What judisdiction ?

San Mateo County, just south of San Francisco. My friend's son is no saint, was hanging around with motorcycle gangs, was doing drugs and getting into fights. However, his girlfriend did a number on him because her daddy is rich and got lawyers to do a number on the guy. He really didn't hurt her, didn't hit hard, but she got her revenge on him. He's been out of prison for about five years or more, got hooked on drugs again and is in rehab. You hang with the wrong people and play dangerous with your life, you reap what comes down on you.

He did five calendars for hitting his girlfriend even though she wasn’t injured?

roadcat either doesn't know or is withholding the whole story.

The assailant must have already been a two-time loser or somesuch.

Regards,

Bogart: I never saw a dame yet that didn’t understand a good slap in the mouth or a slug from a .45.

Well, he’s only supposed to beat her with a stick the diameter of his thumb.

You should have said something/asked...I don’t mind.

I stayed because I loved him. Funny you should mention “pushing buttons”...that was always his excuse. Problem is, with him that was simply having a different opinion (not arguing...just offering an opposing viewpoint...normally known as a conversation). I never, at any point got in his face or anything remotely close to that.

I also got a daily dose of ridicule, mockery & (vile) name-calling.

Sounds cliche, but he “didn’t used to be like that”...had some disturbing tendencies but the last couple of years he went completely off the rails.

It could have ended with your death. It’s good that you were strong and left him. I know it’s tough to be alone. Just keep your eyes open and demand respect. If a man doesn’t like it, he’s not worth it.

Thanks...that's why I left. I never really though he would purposely kill me...but being hit in the head with a thrown object or being pushed down stairs definitely could have accidentally done so.

I haven't raised a hand towards anyone since I was maybe 6 years old...so it's just hard to understand it, I guess.

What is to understand is that he has no control of the urge to dominate and subjugate. He’s a little boy inside and he will probably never grow up. It’s just a bridge too far once you reach adulthood.

Nope. I stand by it. The guy is a loser, but hadn't done any time for violence. The girl's father is rich and prominent, and got his way. That having been said, the guy's father and brother were active in a motorcycle gang. The father, my friend's husband, I've known for fifty years now. He was rough and lived life hard, and has been incarcerated for a few things. So has the brother. But my friend's son hadn't done any time prior. I tried not to get too close to them, because I could do without the action. One time me and my wife were there at a party, and his shotgun went off while my friend was showing off his guns. Blew a hole in the bedroom floor and narrowly missed his hog in the garage. Needless to say, we and most party guests made a hasty departure. Oh, the stories I could tell about this family, all true. I like them but keep a little distance.

Thanks for that insight. His parents divorced when he was about 5. He believes that his Father was abusive; I love his Dad and have never seen a sign of that (and he left her).

His Mother on the other hand is a cold woman who had a string of live-in boyfriends when he was growing up. When we met and up until just a few years ago, my husband rarely spoke to her. His brother and sister rarely speak to her at all. When we WERE around her, she did nothing but belittle his sister’s husband, her own grandchildren, etc. It was after he became close to her again that the problems escalated. I did try to get along with her (frankly, I get along with about everyone).

He hired her to work for his company. One day several years ago I was talking to some clients when she walked up and shoved me backwards...completely out of the blue. I waited until the next day to tell him because I was sure he would be furious. He was...with ME for “not being able to get along” with his mother.

It seems like he had “escaped” from something and was drawn back in...like the Borg...lol.

Muslim males are raped constantly from before puberty throught their teens.

Their wives pay the price for the seething rage and violence.

Women beat men with the same frequency, at all levels of violence, with which men beat women.

And women do often “push buttons,” and then cry “victim.”

In the black community the perp rate is visually identical in spousal murder

No wonder black men often covet a white woman

I’m not a party to your situation and it’s very personal so I’m reluctant to butt in really

People get accustomed to being in relationships

A lady can be fearful of leaving even if he’s such a turd for many reasons...kids primarily...haven’t worked in a while....simple fear of being alone

Men do the same thing....like the Ruby song without the wheelchair ....a cuckholded husband who puts up with it....the Spanish call it chifrudo

Or a vile Virginia Woolfe type spouse

Which brings up alcohol...often the Tabasco of relationship violence

I just know as a man who fought a fare amount in varying situations between ages 7-43 I would get away from violence that I could not counter or thwart

Now at 60 I try to avoid it and de-escalate or remove myself from the threat

I’m sorry

What would happen to the Muzzie population if all the abused women just up and left in the middle of the night?

And then shot these cowardly bastards when they came looking for them.
