This video surfaced today combining video feeds from experts as to what's really going on with Clinton and her Email scandal. According to the video she could be facing charges from a Misdemeanor with up to 1 year sentence all the way up to a 10 year sentence and a felony.
It could even go up to the President of the United States, the question is how could the President not know that emails he was sending to his Secretary of State were not over a secure line to a secure email server, secured by the top security professionals, but instead a private email server setup by a Clinton staffer?
Some people ignoring polls say that Sanders can't beat Trump. Let me ask you this - please list one former President of the United States that won while serving jail time.
If the matter of Hillary Clinton's electability and a Democrat beating Donald Trump for the Whitehouse, then you must start to ask yourself - what will Trump say about her scandal, and has anyone EVER won a Presidential race while involved in a scandal this big?

Has that been established as the technique ? I know there are several possible ways the FBI is looking at that classified information got onto Clinton’s server.
I don’t think it will take an indictment after the FBI brings charges and a big issue is made of it on the Republican side. I have tried to prepare my Democratic friends by posting stories of recent developments and explaining why this could be a problem for Hillary. Some are never going to accept a judgement short of indictment but it seems like more and more supporters are starting to get it with everything that comes out.
That would be a "Lose - Lose" situation since you FIRST have to be convicted before you can be pardoned.
Once convicted, you become a felon, making her ineligible to run.
I doubt anyone would want a pardoned felon as POTUS.
You must be CONVICTED before you can be pardoned.
I don't believe you can pardon an INDICTMENT.

What was Nixon convicted of before he was pardoned?
In general, a pardon is the act of forgiving a crime. A pardon nullifies punishments or other legal consequences of a crime. However, a presidential pardon does not expunge a crime or remedy the past act. In other words, the crime can still be taken into consideration against the wrongdoer (e.g. on a job application or when giving a sentence for a different crime). For example, if the pardoned person is later tried for a similar crime, the pardoned crime may be taken into consideration when giving the sentence for the new crime. The pardon does not blot out the past.
I am glad the FBI is taking their time. The email server thing goes over most of LIV’s heads. But what they will understand is Hillary selling government secrets for cash. Cuz they’re all about the money.
If I were the FBI, I would tell Huma that there is a fine line between being a witness and a defendant. Which side are you going to be on?

Hillary will never be indicted, she will never be tried, and she will never spend a day in jail for her blatant acts of treason.
If the FBI would look into the Clinton Crime Family Slush Fund, they would have to imprison her for LIFE!!

The public corruption probe into whether the State Department provided special access and agency contracts to Clinton Foundation donors I believe was actually started in March or April 2015, a few months before the email investigation. And if she is nailed on pay for play that is something most Democrats I have talked to about it can understand and say she deserves what she gets.
As I recall, Nixon was pardoned by Ford without having been convicted. Nixon resigned once impeachment became inevitable, but he was neither impeached nor convicted. Ford’s pardon was done even though Nixon was not a felon to end the whole process.
Maybe not ... could be he never actually sent her an e-mail ... that would interfere with his golfing and hoop-bracketing.
Or, it could be she had her official email address set-up to auto-forward to her private server.

We are pessimistic that any Clintoon will go to jail, based on how for decades these criminals have stayed out of jail.
