I don’t know why people think it’s good for the SCOTUS to decide so many things. Lately it seems many issues that should be decided by the People at the state level, are being judicially proclaimed.

There is a problem with how they allocate under the rules in Louisiana. It’s supposed to be 1/1/1, but with Rubio not making 20% there, Louisiana first tried to make those delegates unbound.

The problem with that is that the unbound delegates (outside of the 3 apportioned to the state chair etc,) I believe are also against RNC rules.
