Hundreds of women have marched in Warsaw to demand greater accessibility to abortion, better working conditions and more state support in raising children. [
]
Abortion in Poland is allowed when pregnancy endangers the womans life, is the result of rape or incest, or when the fetus has an incurable defect.
Womens rights activists are concerned that these regulations may be toughened by the ruling conservative Law and Justice party.

Socialist women march to demand a liberal agenda from a conservative government.
Guess that isn’t as sexy a headline, is it?

From one of the most Catholic of all nations. I’m kind of surprised.

Hundreds? Two women dressed as pregnant nuns.
I guess if you hate Jesus then you would hate babies.

We must hate. Hatred is the basis of communism. Children must be taught to hate their parents if they are not communists.

The stain of that long-standing influence will not be erased overnight.

The Soviet legacy isnt going to vanish overnight.How long do you think it would take? The USSR was dissolved over 24 years ago.

Since the European Union was patterned after the USSR, and Poland has been a member since 2004 although it was negotiating to enter the EU since 1989, it will take some other, most likely external, political influence to push out the Marxist legacy.

I'm not; the Church has drifted into this moral ambiguity where priests will regularly chide congregations for calling out those who would advocate sin. The infection that has effectively destroyed the GOPe has spread to the Church - we must have a big tent and welcome all with open arms. Turn them not away from God with His words.
They too have come to like the collection basket much more than the words in the Book. If the seats are empty, there is no one to preach to - granted. But if you take no stands, there will be nothing to say to them either.

Don't be surprised. But .. "hundreds"? You could drop a sack full of zlotys onto the pavement from a tall building in Warsaw (pop. 1.7 million) and get more than a hundred people.
I'm sure it was a disappointingly small crowd --- except for the international coverage.

Poland’s fertility rate is 1.33 (2014 estimate), “up” from 1.3 (2012 calculated).
