Yeah, they don’t care. They’re willing to take the hit, lose the White House, the Senate, even the House.

Because they think it’s just a temper tantrum, and eventually you’ll be back, doing what they say. Because they are your betters.

Yell. Scream. Threaten. Riot. They don’t care. They live in a bubble.

The problem I see is that if they steal the nomination they'll be quite full of themselves. They'll make life even more miserable for their voting fodder if they can control elections without us.

It isn't new. Nominations were stolen for Lieberman, Murkowski, and Cochran. GWBs first nomination was carefully manipulated. McCain's popularity was always suspect.

It isn't just our side of the aisle. Kucinich (love him or hate him) had his district not just gerrymandered, but shattered into tiny pieces. Eugene McCarthy back in the 1960s was unfairly portrayed as a one-issue candidate.

Back to today. Look at the Democratic Primary rules. They're even worse than the 'pubs. With super-delegates, it's almost impossible to stop the anointed one.

That's a big reason Trump will win and the elite know it. All of those younger Sanders voters? They're very likely to vote for Trump, but stay home if the nomination is stolen.
