He’s had too many successful lawsuits to mention, most of which are settled out of court, e.g. Univision. And the effect is the defendants stop attacking and those thinking of attacking become pussified. It’s not suppression if free speech, it’s exercising free speech and defending oneself in the process. Taking someone to court doesn’t suppress, it respects the rule of law. Those he sued are now quiet; get a clue.

Wrong. Most of his lawsuits he's backed out of. Due process isn't free speech, and launching frivolous lawsuits against anyone who questions you is abuse of process.

Trump is a phony. He has to defend the fake image he's created of himself by suing people.
