What about Patriots that just don’t like him?
Hate is a very strong word to me and it should not be used for someone you merely disagree with. Hate, like it’s opposite, requires action and not words.

I'm about as anti-Trump as they come, but this article has quite a few inaccuracies. In addition to those already pointed out by
Bidimus1, the eminent domain claim in this opinion piece is also wrong. In
Kelo v. City of New London the Court held, 5-4, that the taking of private property for private use with a substantial public benefit is not a violation of the 5th Amendment, nor when done by States or their subdivisions a violation of the 14th Amendment either.
The Kelo decision was widely questioned. How could the Court's conservatives have upheld it? The answer is: they upheld it because it is the law. The strictures [of lack thereof] placed on eminent domain are legal questions for legislatures to fix. The eminent domain laws of most states are far too loose, and they allow unscrupulous people like Donald Trump to exploit them for personal gain. They should made more favorable to private property owners; that doesn't make the exploiters of the law enemies of the Constitution.
There are lots of reasons to oppose Trump without taking up leftist hysteria as "arguments." The most important is that he's lying about being a conservative, and that's more than enough reason to disqualify him.

Arguments have been made that these are plausible.
Would it were our dear USSC were that predictable.
No, the failure of the lawsuit in Illinois did not furnish any dispositive information. The court punted on a technicality, just like they have typically done with such hot potato. No ordinary judge wants to get himself or herself Arkancide minded enemies. A USSC muckety muck might think differently, because they are so well protected by both custom and law.

Obviously, they keep doing it post after post, day after day. I used to like Cruz, but after seeing what his fanatics are like, I just wish him and them to go away.

“Reason” is a libertarian magazine.
Often the articles are insightful and intelligent. A few slip through that are spiteful and ignorant.
I think this one is a mixture of both.

but from a practical point of view it looks like if there was a cause for it, hes been the object of that cause. The standard for a public figure is actual malice. Trump is a public figure. He's no different from any other public figure, he isn't entitled to any special protections, and there are lots of public figures with far more serious complaints than him.
Trump threatened to sue Forbes for honestly evaluating his net worth, which is well below his exaggerated claims. Talk about vexatious litigation.
He's a baby. Like the babies on various college campuses, he thinks that his personal anger "triggers" are worthy of tearing down the free speech rights of other people. They aren't. He needs to develop a thicker skin or get the hell out of the public arena.

By being 100% random, Trump is automatically 50% better than the Uniparty which opposes Conservatism 100% of the time.

As if all his quarrels were about hot button irritants?
You have not established that this is the case, and yet you sweep on to a personal attack based on that premise yourself.
