The new Viceland cable channel takes to the air Monday with the ultimate in user-generated programming.
The network set up a phone number a few weeks ago and invited callers. They reached a recording with simple instructions -- talk about what kept them up at night, or what they would do as president. Much of the network's first day on the air will be footage of executives listening to these messages...
There's a "let's put on a show" vibe to Viceland, a partnership between Vice Media and the A&E Networks. It replaces the H2 network on cable and satellite systems, available in about two-thirds of the nation's television homes...

Data source?
Oh goody, another vacuous channel geared to millenials.
Comcast has figured a way around that.
They set up an arbitrary data cap and if you want to stream you will be paying 30 bucks extra a month in internet fees (Only in the states that have been bought off by lobbyists, mostly in the south).
If you look at the upcoming events,
it looks more like the channel is aimed
at the homosexual community.
I’m in Florida and not on Comcast, but I buy the top tier bandwidth (still, it’s only 20 mbps down and 5 up) which lets me stream without buffer pauses and my 350 gigabyte per month cap is more than sufficient.
Yes i know, but they will be all scattered out between pickers and car rehab shows. But i have the history channel app and a dvr so i will be ok
Thats good news. The cap they imposed is 300GB and we only hit it once over Christmas when the kids were downloading really large file games.
I dont stream a lot but if 350GB is ok for you I should be OK with 300.
um yea.. based on the damn commercials I’ve been seeing, it contains a little too much homo stuff and that just might trigger my homophobia. no freekin thanks. these micro-aggressions are just becoming too much to bear
History Channel had become a little thin.
Based on its programming, it definitely won't be me.
You need a computer with online access for that, not a TV...oh, wait, how did you manage to post that comment? Looks like you're all set! As for what it is, humanoids (mostly) copulating (mostly) in front of a camera. Well, at least that's what I've heard. Don't waste your time.
I will be taking it off my speed channel remote. Its name should be Gutterland.
