These class action lawsuits are as much a scam as any motivational lecture series.

I guess the product you are selling gets higher scrutiny if a “single mother” purchases it.

As Trump has pointed out, people who have filed complaints left the course giving it a good evaluation. The class-action suit is not thousands of students, as the course had 10,000 students apparently. Lots and lots of happy customers.

Trump could write a check and make this all go away in one second. But he knows he’s being taken for a ride.

The original complainer, Tara Makeff (sp) , has withdrawn from the suit. Her own record says she enjoyed the seminars. Maybe that "Swear to God" got to her because it looks like she would perjure herself in any court.

I believe there are 4 other unhappy students.
