Photo Of Rare Albino Kangaroo Seen In The Wild Blows Up The Internet

Australia has a lush supply of regular kangaroos, but the albinos among the species are quite a rarity.
On January 31st, Rosemary Faehrmann was driving with her husband in South Australia when she spotted one of the fair creatures.
She did what any human of sound mind would do â- jumped out of the car immediately and snapped a picture.
Faehrmann told GeoBeats of the experience, "The kangaroo jumped along the fenceline towards us, then stopped for a look â- which is when I took a couple of photos. It then continued on its way. There were lots of normal, grey kangaroos in the area at the time too."
The photo made its way to Facebook, where it has become an instant sensation.

They are rare. Most roos are normal colored so this one makes you marvel.

Macropod species in size between a grey kangaroo and a wallaby.

Yep.....sort of an exotic meat in America but I think you can track down some supplier of at least frozen product. In Oz not every but the occasional supermarket carries roo meat.
