How to post articles on FR without the crazy special characters

This is my second posting, for anyone who may have missed it the first time.
Bookmark the website located at the link.
Copy the article you want to post and paste it in the top box located at the linked website. Press convert, then copy the converted text and paste it into the Free Republic "Body of Thread" box.
Try it a few times. It's basically self-explanatory and very easy.

I tried this back in January when the same article was posted with the link on Free Republic. Tried is twice and it didn't work.
Waste of time.

Well, you’d think the partners would have done something to address such a glaring problem on the front end of their business by now, but for some reason, they haven’t.
I have no answers for it.
