“Hereâs the difference between me and the Pope: I believe the Bible to be completely true and he does not.”
You’re wrong. He believes it to be completely true. He just doesn’t believe it to all be literal. You don’t either. You believe there is use of metaphor and symbolic language in scripture.
“The Pope was wrong for attack Trump,”
He said a particular way of acting - which Trump did not in fact do - is not Christian. What kind of an attack on Trump is that? https://www.washingtonpost.com/posteverything/wp/2016/02/19/what-the-pope-did-and-didnt-mean-when-he-said-trump-was-not-a-christian/
“but running his mouth might be the lesser of his sins since the Vatican announced last week that bishops donât have to report the molestation and rape of children by priests to law enforcement.”
And that too is false. “Papal commission: Bishops must report sex abuse charges” : http://www.cruxnow.com/church/2016/02/15/papal-commission-bishops-must-report-sex-abuse-charges/
The real difference here is not between the pope and Trump but between you and reality. Stop typing out crap you have no idea about and actually read some reputable sources instead. You would save yourself some embarrassment by doing that.
I’m not embarrassed one bit. I know what the Pope believes, like how slimy murdering Islamic beliefs are ok in his book, which is not the Bible. When supporting the butchers of Islam, Francis only Quotes the Roman Catholic sources because he sure never found that in the Bible.
He doesn’t believe the Bible. If he did he’d stop worshiping and bowing before statues of Mary.
If he believed the Bible he could know the status of his salvation and could proclaim it, but he can’t.
If he believed the Bible he would stop with the blasphemy that he has the ability to forgive sin, he most certainly does not.
If he believed the bible he’d turn every child molesting priest over to law enforcement but he will not.
He doesn’t believe the Bible.
