The anchovy and sardine dishes sound absolutely delicious!
I didn’t grow up with the Sicilian food.
Grew up with Naples food and these dishes are not familiar to me.
But wonder why mom didn’t make them if she’s knows all of them and is Sicilian?
Because dad was from naples and the man of the house back then got the meals he wanted. :)
