Leonardo DiCaprio is a world-famous and critically respected actor. And yet, rather infamously, he has never won an Academy Award.
Now he may have his chance: A group of filmmakers from Russia's far east have hatched a plan to help the Hollywood star finally get his own Oscar.
Unfortunately for Leo, the "Oscar" in question it is not an actual Academy Award. Instead, it will be a homemade effort created by the filmmakers themselves, dubbed the "Yakut Oscar" in honor of the region from which it originates (the organizers say they will eventually come up with a better name). The statuette will be awarded to the American actor whether he wins an Academy Award for his starring role in the film "The Revenant" or not.

Mold it out of yak droppings and paint it gold. That’ll be sufficient enough for Leonardo diMagnifico (sic).

Omg, if he doesn’t win this year, I hear he’s going to chop off both arms and both legs next year to play a quadriplegic man who falls into a vat of snakes in Cairo during the Arab Spring.

That’s because he hasn’t pushed the leftist agenda enough. A few more speeches in front of the UN promoting the man made global warming scam should do it.

What would be hilarious if an actor portraying DeCaprio’s life won an Oscar for his performance.

I have to admit this assclown is a talented actor.
His portrayals are very convincing. He’s still a blithering idiot, but he’s a good actor.

That’s why I ignore his leftist causes and enjoy watching his movies. There’s nothing wrong with that as long as we ignore obvious leftist movies like “Promised Land” starring Matt Damon. (anti-fracking flick)

Now there is a slot for a black actor or actress. ha!
