CHICAGO -- A young community activist is gunned down at a friendâs house the week before he was supposed to rally for peace.

The kind of black on black murder we hear about far too often in this city.

The Ballerina’s fault.
I love true irony. There is so little of it in the world.

Looks like the OVER will be the bet this year again. 72 dead and we aren’t halfway through Feb. Heyjackass.com has all the stats. My guess is a blow out year at about 568. Things heat up over the holidays.
Interesting to note that the police related shootings have screamed to a halt this year but killings and shootings are ahead of pace. heyjackass.com
Police aren’t going to stick their necks out; they will just watch the ferals kill each other.
Do they have a shootout scheduled for the funeral ?
“The kind of black on black murder we hear about far too often in this city.”
I live in the Baltimore-Washington corridor, and let me tell you, we certainly don’t “hear about” black-on-black murder very often. It just kind of...happens...with not much mention in the news.
I’ll bet there will be shooting at his funeral.
“I went to a ‘Stop the Violence’ rally and a gunfight broke out.”
You may HEAR about it, but you never REPORT anything about it as it is contrary to your meme.
If the lamestream media were to report on HALF the minority violence that happens here with a fraction of the fervor they shriek about gun rights or the tiniest anti-abortion measure actually making it through, they wouldn’t even have time to report on the weather.
You know, this fellow may have really been a good force, not necessarily a pacifist (although maybe he was), but willing to take a stand against the tribal warfare going on in the black communities. We should mourn the loss of such a person, and pray that 100 more spring up in his place.
