I’m pretty good friends with Scott Henderson and IMO he’s really one of the greatest guitar players around.
When I lived in LA, he used to play at this tiny little club in Studio City La Ve Lee. $10 to get in, park 150 feet away from the front door 5 minutes before they started, walk in, sit 10 feet away right in front. I must have gone to see him 45 times, no exaggeration, and absolutely zero of those times was my mind not blown by his playing.
When I was a young corporal, we were tasked with setting up a large number of 30 man tents.
The tents were new - in crates, and I always thought that the warning label on the side of the crate would make a good band name:

I’ve always liked “Free Beer” but for some reason had problems getting gigs.
I once played in a band called the OldPharts. I was 40 at the time and the rest of them were in their 60s. Mostly folk music and one guy (now RIP) did a GREAT Willie Nelson impersonation.
The only problem was that none of them could practice after about 830. It was bedtime after that. I was just getting cranked by then, in more ways than one.
Band is long gone and as far as I am concerned you can use the name.
