Immersion files suit against Apple, AT&T, and AT&T Mobility, inc. asserting that all three are infringing their patents on Haptic feedback with the Apple iPhone 6, 6s, 6 plus, and 6s plus, as well as all models of the Apple Watch. Immersion has also filed a complaint with the FTC demanding an immediate ban on importation of all Apple models of those devices for infringing their patents. Apple has haptic patents predating Immersion's work on haptics, and one they are asserting against the iPhones actually cites Apple's patents as prior art! -- PING!
