If you are authorized, you can get info from the safw=e manufacturer on how to open it. Costs money (I made a nice buck) but there is no safe that can’t be opened. Mosbey gave me diagrams, drawings and instructions to enter one in the floor of a house. I was hired, opened it (after two days) and never opened it, I walked away when it was free. Later the owner of the house told me he returned some personal effects to the family, found some OLLLLDD correspondence from the Civil War and other things the family didn’t want. He tipped me $200 and was happy for the reading. I really think he sold the antiquities but the family didn’t want to be bothered with them.
My Mom bought a house a while back. After a couple of years found a floor safe, but could not locate the old owners. Eventually, she replaced that floor and just covered it up. I think I would have been too curious to do that.
