I like this trend in live TV performances and looks forward to La Traviata or Metallica or the Stones one day.

Believe me, I HATE TELEVISION. But that was the most brilliantly done 'made for TV' show I HAVE EVER SEEN. The talent, camera work, sets, direction all worked like a well-oiled machine. Incredibly done. Engaging to the end.
And to think that dark haired 'pink lady's father died right before the start of the show. Hats off to her.

I missed this, because I had to work, but I will tell you, I’ve played just about every musical there is, and live performance is a lot of fun, even if one is in the ‘pit’.
