Yep, I watched the Fox debate. Enjoyed it immensely.
It was sad that apparently the Donald Trump National Campaign "ordered" their folks to NOT attend local TV viewing events (such as ours at Quaker Steak & Lube in St. Pete, Florida).
Kinda like mind-numbed robots, but I wouldn't go that far.
Megyn Kelly really went after Marco Rubio on the "Gang of Eight" bill.
It was great to watch. She was like a pit bull against Marco Rubio.
I've posted a lot of positive things at Free Republic about Donald Trump.
There wasn't ONE SINGLE question that he couldn't have fielded tonight.
He really screwed-up by not showing-up.
His presidential street cred has fallen a bit.
Just the facts.
On Monday we'll see how Iowans see it all.
Otherwise we are ALL just spittin' in the wind with endless bloviating.

It seemed like a miss opportunity for Trump to me too, but others are saying Trump outsmarted everyone. Drudge even changed his poll to accommodate The Donald.

Fox had the knives out, ready for Trump with the Muslim activist and the illegal immigrant. Don’t kid yourself. He was smart to avoid the ambush.

What?
The debate was an embarrassment to Fox and an insult to the viewers and the candidates.
It’s supposed to be a debate BETWEEN THE CANDIDATES not between a candidate and some low level TV journalist attempting gotcha questions.
I hope the RNC does to Fox News (Brett, Wallace and Kelly) what they did to the Natinal Review Online and for the same reasons.
None of the candidates participating in the debate, nor the viewership benefitted from that disaster of a debate.

She was all frothed up and gonna bite SOMEONE; since her favorite chew toy wasn't in play.

Megyn Kelly really went after Marco Rubio on the "Gang of Eight" bill. And this is EXACTLY what Donald was pointing out!
What if FR's 'moderators' WENT AFTER posters here in the same manner??
