As a former Iowan (born/raised there), it would take a monster storm to keep them getting out for business as usual.

As of today, the major storm system is forecast to really impact Iowa’s weather on Tuesday, not Monday. This of course can change with time...the storm is still ~3k miles away from Iowa.

Snow is for *late* Monday night as in most of the snowfall is early Tuesday morning.
