My guess is Trump/GOPe. GOPe to help unite the party. Maybe Kasick (Ohio), Rubio (Florida), Christy (New Jersey). All make sense since they are govs of battlegound states, however I do not think Trump will need help winning Florida so I rule Rubio out. I am thinking a women as VP, for help with the womens’ vote. So my guess is Trump/GOPe gov or Trump/woman GOPer. I like Huck but he does not help the ticket.

It has been the way that if a 'moderate' like McCain or Romney is the nominee, we get a conservative veep as a consolation prize, and vice versa. (Reagan picked Bush, Sr.) However, when we got a moderate that actually won two terms, (Bush, Jr.) he did pick a conservative veep, but one that he knew wouldn't run for president when Bush's own two terms were up.

That is the whole point of the conservative veep pick -- because you get the president you want in 8 years. The GOPe cheated us with the Cheney pick.
