What I don’t understand, is why are we facing this issue every four year?
Nobody is born here?
Even McCain was born in Panama.
I believe McCain is legit, two U.S. Parents.
It is so strange that this basic issue is such a tough hurdle for POTUS.
McCain was born an alien too, dual citizen by operation of Act of Congress, similar to Cruz.

Thomas, born on a US military base in Germany, was adjudicated not a citizen at all. Had his citizen parent (father) obtained the US residency prescribed in the relevant statute, Thomas would have been a citizen by operation of an Act of Congress. McCain is a naturalized citizen.
