They have already debated and will debate aging at some point. Cruz was born in Canada. He was a Canadian citizen while running for US Senator. Still like Cruz but Trump will not debate him one on one. Trump is too busy and he needs to meet with the actual voters as he is doing by being on the campaign trail.
If Cruz supporters want to give $1.5mill to wounded veterans, they should just do it. Instead of conditioning the offer with a debate. That is just RUDE.

No big deal. Knew a E-6 SF light weapons guy in RVN. He was Canadian citizen, came to US to volunteer. Hated Communists and RVN was the only place he could go where he he was allowed to shoot them on a regular basis. .
