Yes, he was a Canadian citizen by birthright, and an American citizen by U.S. code.

No big deal. Knew a E-6 SF light weapons guy in RVN. He was Canadian citizen, came to US to volunteer. Hated Communists and RVN was the only place he could go where he he was allowed to shoot them on a regular basis. .

Cruz ran for US Senator as dual citizen and did not disclose it. That is weird.

Still think Cruz is awesome, but he has issues. Very big issues. He ran for the United States Senate and did not disclose that he was a Canadian citizen.

Ted Cruz is NOT a NBC.

He is ineligible to even run for president.

Yes, he is a citizen, but NOT a NBC.

Did he also run for the presidency of THIS nation?

During WW II...some American went to England to join the RAF and they weren't UK citizens.

You're NOT nearly as intelligent as you imagine you are.

U.S.Code is subservient to the constitution. The Constitution is the ULTIMATE LAW of the LAND.
