I disagree with this comment. IMO, with or without Trump on the stage, both the moderators and other candidates should focus on issues like (1) the anemic economy under the Pelosi/Reid recession of 2008 and the explosion of the deficit with the Pelosi/Reid/Obama stimulus and bailouts, and (2) the foreign policy debacles under the Obama/Clinton/Kerry state department, and (3) how to restore personal freedom by rolling back government excesses like obamacare. It would serve both the moderators and the participants to not even mention Trump at all.
There’s a problem with your wish list. It will never be ***accomplished*** by any of the debaters although you may receive warm fuzzies by their ***words***.
Take Rand Paul for example. He has speech writers that know how to push every conservative button and elicit conservative smiles while belching conservative satisfaction.
But you can’t trust a feel-good word that Rand Paul says because he’s is a corrupt weasel. Here’s the proof:
And in action weasels like Paul will play tricks on voters to make them believe one thing while supporting the opposite while supporting whatever the Uniparty dictates.
Donald is right that every candidate up there is controlled like a puppet. The only candidate that will be up there you may have a possibility of seeing action you desire is Cruz and you know what they are going to do to Cruz? They are going to marginalize him and paint him as the new Joseph McCarthy (although McCarthy was proven correct). Fox has already done this in past broadcasts where they put side-by-side black and white face photos of Cruz and McCarthy while narrating the similarity. They will demonize him BUT ONLY AFTER THE IOWA CAUCUSES because Cruz is their tool now to take Trump out in Iowa.
