They just won’t set any records and lose millions without him. Hmmm... Keep Megyn or lose a helluva lot of money?

Any thoughts on my contention that by withdrawing, Trump has reneged on the deal he made months ago?
It is one thing to walk away from negotiations. It is another thing to violate a done deal.
Can anyone find "escape clauses" in the deal all the candidates made with the RNC that allow him to do this?

Many people will see Trump's reaction to be decisive and justified. Others, such as yourself, will view his reaction as petty and "chicken." Could not agree more!!!

You donât get it. Trump did just handle Megyn Kelly. Demanding that she be removed as a moderator, then having his campaign manager threaten "rough days" for her, then pulling out of the debate when Fox refused to give in to his demands, then tweeting that she is a bimbo is "handling her"???

The cherry on top would be for Fox to cave, but when they contact Trump he sez, “I told you NO and I meant it. My benefit event for our wounded warriors is more important. Buh bye!”

Fox News and Google have invited three YouTube personalities to ask questions at the Jan. 28 GOP debate, including a Muslim advocate who describes Donald Trump as a bigot and who visually portrayed him as being in agreement with national socialist Adolf Hitler.
Interesting, in that the muzzies LOVED Hitler... and probably still do!

The campaign manager said this, "In a call on Saturday with a Fox News executive, [Corey Lewandowski] stated that Megyn had a 'rough couple of days after that last debate' and he 'would hate to have her go through that again,' " the Fox News statement said.
That's a threat?

I suppose you think you’ve scored some kind of witty victory...only thing is Ronald Reagan was devastated when Jane Wyman left him him...hardly a good comparison to Trump.

The formal deal with the RNC is to forebear from debates outside of the RNC-sanctioned debates. Cruz is the one who is suggesting to break that deal. All Trump is doing is the same thing Rand Paul did - refuse to participate.
-- Trump has reneged on the deal he made months ago? --
I'm not sure what deal you have in mind. He refused to sign on to support the RNC nominee, then reversed and signed on. As far as I know, he's agreed to limit his debates to those sanctioned by the RNC.
If he does strike out on his own, I supposed he'd honor the conditions of being excluded from all the future (RNC-sanctioned primary) debates. IOW, he wouldn't try to break the deal, he'd abide by its terms.

I’m curious what the debate will look like now? How do you beat Trump in a debate when he’s not there? Are they going to be fighting for 2nd spot and attack each other

“The people who care about the issues will watch. If viewership is down, so be it. Let the folks who worship celebrity go watch something else.”
Trump has been talking about the issues. Obviously, you have had trouble hearing him.
