Today will be the fish or cut bait day for Fox News. Will they drop Megyn Kelly and hand Trump a victory so the show can go on or will they host a debate that will have virtually no viewership.
Ailes must be under immense pressure from advertisers who have already purchased time slots at higher prices which reflect higher viewership estimates.
I can't see how he cannot cave.
I doubt Trump is really that big of a draw. Conservatives are interested in replacing Obama. And I thought it was Trump supporters who said they wanted money out of politics.
I think if a politician is getting benefits no one else enjoys he should not be whining about some little 5’2” blonde girl asking him a tough question. Truth is he can hurl insults and throw a tantrum but he can’t take it.
As far as Cruz and a one on one? This is what Cruz really said....

I think you are confusing Kelly with Dana Perino re: height. Kelly is 5’6”.
Trump should walk. Fox has been trying to sack him from the start. The statement they released was unprofessional and they wouldn’t have done that to anyone else. I don’t need fox deciding who my candidates should be. These debates are a joke anyway. We need real debates. Not 3 hours of attack ads and recitation of campaign talking points. Trump should contact another network and hold a live town hall at the same time and he would probably draw more viewers than the Fox debate.
If the GOP, Fox, and all the other “conservative” pundits would have left well enough alone, he would have dropped by now. This is a monster they have created and I doupt there is any stopping it now.

Before this election cycle, I watched her a few times but was not impressed. Can say that I never watch a full hour. I agree with Trump on this one, she is a light weight.

Doesn’t matter, same thing happens with football playoffs. Fox isn’t obligated to deliver Trump. Depending on how it’s written, there may be a tiered rate.
Doesn’t really matter. People who care, not just circus gazers, will get to hear more from Cruz.

I agree. Maybe I'd better have said he would lose face by reversing a commitment he made in writing, wehre he justified his abstention from the debate on grounds that FoxNews is unprofessional and biased.
