I wonder if that was one of the more poignant moments of that movie, right near the end of it. You can not help but think about when at the start (in the wedding party), Tessio is playfully dancing with a girl. Sorry, but could not help but think of those two moments in that movie involving Vigoda.

The more poignant moment was GF II, with the flashback showing that Fredo was the only one who supported Michael when he told everyone he was joining the Marines.

I remember the Barney Miller episode when Wojo unknowingly brought in pot brownies from his girlfriend and everyone got stoned. Detective Fish said “I haven’t felt this good in 40 years and it’s illegal?” Great show, loved Abe Vigoda.

Good afternoon.
Now Keith Richards is the only one left to outlive us all.
Could Keith Richards be the anti-christ?

Tessio sleeps with the fishes. Tell Michael it’s just business.
To: BipolarBob
Tessio was always smarter than Clemenza.

My great-great Grandfather (and family) is buried in Calvary Cemetery about a 10 minute walk from the scene of the Godfather's funeral.

For that very reason, somebody has created and maintained for years, a live Abe Vigoda status page. I look in on it every now and again. It says he’s dead.
