Polygamous marriages, largely confined to Muslim families, are only recognised in Britain if they took place in countries where they are legal, such as Middle Eastern states, Pakistan and Zambia.Well, isn't THAT interesting...

So they make a brief trip back to the shithole country they came from, marry another woman, and fly her back to Britain and put her on the dole.

Apparently this kind of twisted reasoning applies also to rape of non-Muslim young girls.

So an American can get a legal polygamous marriage in Pakistan and then move to the UK?

What about marriages of 50 or 60 year old men to 12 year old girls? Are they recognized in the UK too? There was a time when I thought this would be a crazy question. Now I don't.
