That poor child. And, of course, the Social Services people will be trying to re-unite him with his parents as soon as possible. They will give them a few counseling sessions and then pronounce them fit parents.

It shocks me how hypersensitive government workers can be when there is even a suspicion a white child has been spanked, yet they just accept the hellish conditions minority children experience.
