Jim Bunning hit a double during his perfect game on Father’s Day 1964.

He batted while pitching A PERFECT GAME.

I clearly remember him, in later years, growling about wussified pitchers who couldn’t be bothered to pitch more than an inning in an All Star game.

This conservative believes the DH is a commie ploy to ruin America’s game.

In 1971, Phillies pitcher Rick Wise pitched a no-hitter and hit hit two home runs in the game.After the season the Phillies traded him to St. Louis for Steve Carlton.
