For the same reason that Hillary is not going to waste any time campaigning in Texas.
She just drops in occasionally to rake in some bucks from rich trial lawyers and then leaves as fast as she can.
Her Thighness knows that even if she loses the election, whatever money remains in her war chest can be legally donated to charity.
