What’s up with the hair change? I’m not in the loop on that one. She wants to look less feminine?

Exactly right. Psyops. And as a master negotiator, Trump has put her and FNC on notice, and every word she says will be analyzed and accounted-for, after the fact. If she crosses any lines, Trump will have every right to capitalize on it saying “See, I was right!”.

Brilliant tactic.

Remember its all about the ratings. Trump vs Megyn part 2. Sure to increase a few more eyeballs glued to the debate. Rope us Mud Ox at FOXy. News would have it no other way.

She will either back off or not question DT. Others will
____________________________________________________________

If this happens Trump will have succeeded in his strategy of complaining about her.

He has defined her as an extremely biased journalist. Whatever comes out of her mouth will be viewed as such. If she comes after him, she will be dismissed as a hack. If she shuts up she will be viewed as a biased journalist who has been intimidated. If the others ask the tough questions it will be viewed as Kelly being shut up so she won’t be viewed as biased. Either way Trump wins again!

Good! Why should a whiner like Trump be able to get his way? No other candidate is sniveling his or her head off, just the one who regards any questioning at all as ‘unfair.’

NO other candidate was treated as badly as Trump and you know it! If she had treated Cruz the way she treated Trump in that first debate you Cruz supporters would’ve been outraged...and rightly so!

You Cruz supporters are just plain nasty.

My thinking is that FNC wants the audience, and feud will bring those extra eyeballs wanting to see sparks.

If Kelly does go out of her way to selectively attack The Donald, FNC may find that it won the battle, but lost the war if Kelly can be called out for any inappropriate antics that might generate a blow-back.

OTOH, at least people watch RNC debates.

They have treated Cruz far worse throughout the campaign as has Fox News.

Trump is a whiner.

My guess is Ailes wanted to dial-down the hotness and dial-up the serious journalistness. She’s a damn good looking woman either way, but I’d think they would go for the softer feminine look that guys like rather than the short-hair pseudo-lesbo style of that Maddow dude on MSNBC.

“Trump played this brilliantly.”

Indeed he has. It’ll be as if no one else is in the room but him and her.

I hope they let Herman Cain stand in for Carson.

He was way funnier than Dr. Ben.

I don’t think so, she will not be pushed around by Trump. The only way she will back off is if Ailes orders her. Trump and her have the same Type A personality and I quite frankly am looking forward to some fireworks. If she does go after him she will push some buttons hoping he goes his typical ballistic self.

Actually they basically ignored asking Cruz questions in the first debate. He hardly answered any questions. Thus, Cruz didn’t get anything out of that debate either. And to be frank, her questions were not that tough to answer for Trump.

Propagandists programming the electorate in their analysis of what the candidates said/meant. A built-in bias against Trump by the previous demonstration of a built-in bias. Machinegun Kelly has reloaded to fire off (interrogate/interrupt - interrogate/interrupt) more Marxist memes. The FOX is in the henhouse.

No thanks. Not even Trump’s appearance would interest me. We decide what to report so that you can waste your time of life pondering over the programming decisions we’ve made. It’s programming with tarnished talkers reinforcing the programming in their “analysis”. The UNIPARTY politicians never question it. They recycle themselves in the kabuki collective and can even become a programmer, too.

HOORAY Trump

It’s ALL about the ratings. Clash of the Titans. A grudge match.

FOX is probably doubling their ad rates for this one!
