A fight and shooting early Saturday in the lobby of a hotel near McCormick Place claimed the life of a 25-year-old man.

Shot to death? With what? Chicago is a gun free zone.
Yes, it appears that the brilliant government of Chicago actually put MLK Blvd right in the middle of the city center. Somebody should tell them.....
Yes. This area, broadly referred to as Automobile Row (for all the early auto dealers once represented along Michigan Avenue) was scuzzy for a long time but has become much nicer in recent years.
Who knows...maybe someday they’ll change its name back to South Park Way.
My guns only “emit bullets” when I pull the trigger. Did this gun emit bullets on its own whenever it’s pulled out? That sounds like a very dangerous gun to be carrying around.
Actually, the police said that "someone started shooting around 2:30 am," which I think is very judgmental and might qualify as a micro-aggression.
Had a room in that hotel in November.
Visit Chi-town...get killed. There’s a motto that keeps on giving.
Was supposed to attend a symposium at that hotel in April, but when I saw the MLK address, I declined. Someone warned me not to venture too far south.
Last year I stayed in the Blackstone. Now that was a nice hotel in a good area.
Obama will be renting out some of the hotel rooms to cram some of his 170,000 islamic muslims in this coming month.
WOW! I could almost get behind that!
Put all these refugees up in hotel and motel rooms on MLK Blvd, Dr, St, Ave, Everymajorcity, USA and then wall the places in.
“Martin Luther King Dr. around 2:20 a.m.”
In the wrong place, at the wrong time.
MLK Blvd only goes through the south side. 90% black all the way.

By George, they got all of them!
Your mean like a ghetto...haha.
Whenever a City has a Martin Luther King Drive, avoid at all costs.
I recently learned that the McCormick center is the largest convention hall in all of North America!
I was there for a Christmas party a month ago, love the place, hate the neighborhood.
I’ve stayed at that hotel dozens of times. N
ice place but the neighborhood immediately to the south is a no-go.
A former employer has a datacenter just to the north of the Hyatt.
