You are aware are you not that up until 1934 Ted Cruz would not have even been considered a citizen of the United States. If you are made a citizen by an act of Congress, as was Cruz via the 1934 Naturalization Act, you are by definition a naturalized citizen not a natural born citizen. You see a natural born citizen requires no laws to make them a citizen.
