The National Archives released an announcement that the William J. Clinton Presidential Library will soon be publicly dumping almost 500 pages of information on Donald Trump. All of this has been made possible by a Freedom of Information Act request.
Some of the information will be benign. There is an autographed copy of one of Trump's books, for instance, and a photo of Trump with Bill Clinton. It is just that relationship that makes the documents interesting, though: Republicans will be eager to get their hands on anything that links Trump to the Clintons.
As Sarah Palin mentioned last night in her speech endorsing Trump for president, his detractors are always saying he isn't "conservative enough." Palin scoffed at this, but Trump's past - especially his brief presidential bid in 1999 - lends itself to the idea that his conservatism is more contrived than he wants the public to think. The documents from the Clinton Library will detail meetings held between Trump and Clinton as he got ready to run on the Reform Party's ticket. Further, a much more recent discussion, held between the former president and the real estate mogul in 2015 just before the latter announced his candidacy, will be made public, which could be damning for the campaign, depending on what tone the conversation took on.
The offices of Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton have 60 days to review the involved documents and respond to the FOIA request with either a pass for release or a request for an extension. Assuming a stay is not requested, the documents will be available at the Clinton Library in Little Rock, Arkansas in early April, becoming available online a few weeks after that.

So it’s official. Ted Cruz and the Clinton machine are allies and the Ted Cruz supporters are thrilled.
Nobody mentioned Cruz in connection with this at all. It could be the Bush camp. Oppo research seems to be their thing.

I doubt this will hurt Trump one bit.
Obviously the Clintons fear Trump and not Cruz. This is because they will get a judge to disqualify Cruz. You can sure bet on it.

Really?? A TRUMP supporter wants to make an issue out of a candidate changing positions??? When I brought up a change in Trump's position on an issue just from September to October of 2015, I had Trump supporters attacking me for bringing ups Trump's "old speeches"!

As Rush pointed out a bit earlier today, the timing comes after (if he achieves the number of delegates needed) Trump (PRAISE HIS NAME) will have the nomination wrapped up. If it’s bad news or something that can be used by the ‘RATS against TRUMP (PEACE BE UPON HIM) in the November election -—we’re STUCK with our candidate.

You of all people know that I've only accused anti-Trump people of "TDS" - I've never attacked Cruz, nor tagged Cruz supporters with the mocking nicknames.

Since you have accused Cruz supporters of spitting in Jim Robinsons face please post a link and a copy of the offending post because I read Jim Robinson’s thread and saw no such post.
How does any Cruz supporter believe that removing Trump from the equation is going to give Cruz an easy path?
He has been unable to gain steam and this notion that Trump ‘took all the oxygen out of the room’ is silly.
It’s sickening how people lose sight of the dangers we face, and engage in these petty snits.
Cruz will get crushed next, there is plenty they will unearth about him and his life as well.
