No Palin just gave voice to what many rank and file Conservatives have discovered.
Conservatives are the Blacks on the GOP plantation.
For decades we have shook our heads wondering why blacks line up to vote for the Dims decade after decade despite the utter destruction the Dims have brought to their community.
Trump has made many of them realize Conservatives are the Blacks of the GOP plantation. We line up year after year, sacrifice our time and money, and what do we get? A GOP political machine this is virtually identical to the Dims who comes around every 2 years saying “If you just give us this, everything will be awesome.”
Ask yourself this. Despite giving the entire Government to the GOP under Bush, was any item on the Conservative agenda advanced?
Sadly the answer is NO. And what many of us are realizing is the tools of the Conservative establishment i.e. Town-hall, Heritage Foundation, Club for Growth, NRO, etc are the GOP equivalents of the “Civil Rights Leaders†that keep blacks on the Democrat’s plantation
Thank you for your cogent and accurate assessment of the GOPe's ongoing treatment of and thinking concerning conservative, evangelical Christians and conservative Republicans in general. Everything you said is true. The good news is we gave finally woken up, recognize these truths and have permanently walked off the GOPe's "plantation" reservation. And to aptly quote the song: "We won't be fooled again!"
The "good old boy" GOPe "powers that be" can see this happening all over the entire country but they refuse to face reality or believe it; and most importantly they are powerless to stop it. Consequently they are trying in vain to do everything in their power to scare us enlightened and freed slaves into returning to their jerry rigged, GOPe, planation "ANIMAL FARM" sysem, but it isn't happening.
Didn’t Trump just come out in support of McConnell?
Isn’t he one of the prime GOPe leaders?
