As I suggested before, you are free to dismiss my contention on the basis of me failing to produce a point cite. The section of naturalization at birth law has changed little between 1934 and now. I don’t care if you believe me or not. If you require seeing the particular language in order to believe, look it up. I have to look things up for myself, often. It’s no big deal. If you doubt what I say, and it’s important to you, look it up. It’s not important to me that you accept my contention. I’m happy as a clam if you tell me I made it up out of whole cloth, or haven’t met my burden of proof.

I did. Under the 1952 law in effect at the time of Cruz's birth in Canada he was not even born a US citizen, let alone a natural born citizen.
Sec 320:
-----------------------------------------------
Cite the relevant part of the 1952 Act that naturalizes Cruz.
No. You fetch it yuourself. Leave me alone.
--------------------------------------------
You can't cite it because it doesn't exist.
1952 Nationality and Naturalization Act, Sec 301(a)(7) [you'll find the text crossing from page 235 to 236]
