The old hag has to take her nap and needs her arthritis meds to kick in first.

She was cool in the 80âs and most of the 90âs.

Saw Springsteen this past week. I am dating a woman for a year now who loves him and I thought I’d be a sport. I saw him back in 1981, The River tour, he was equally as boring back then. At 3 hours into the concert I was ready to shoot myself. Maybe it’s his dated 9th grade angsty whining, his left wing politics or him donning himself “The Boss” that makes me hate him the intensity of a thousand suns. Hey Bruce sax is for Jazz and Funk not Rock and Roll. I’d imagine the same would be at a Madonna concert, aging kids of baby boomers trying to relive 1985 all over again. Bruce a talent no doubt, but since Nebraska his songwriting has been crap.
Best concert with original music, great stage show and music with depth. Nine Inch Nails. Even if you hate industrial or alternative music, Trent Reznor can really make you a convert. The wall of sound, the textures to his music, the rawness of it. Then again after the mullet days I gave up on FM Rock and Roll, embraced the grunge and alternative scene and you’d most likely catch Tool and Godsmack on my iTunes than Billy Joel or the The Stones.

She played in Tulsa last week and showed up 1 1/2 hours late.
She must be livin' on "Tulsa Time".

I have no idea why people still pay money to see this worn out old mattress either. If Madge is getting too old to wake up and get to the concert on time, its time for her to hang it up.

Only performer I ever saw that was late for his show was Rick James in New haven, CT
(Was a pretty explosive show once he got going, though).

Those attending the Louisville show said Madonna was pretty drunk when she finally did arrive.
...
Who does Madonna think she is, Hillary Clinton?

People still pay good money to see Madonna? I can't imagine anyone walking across the street to see her for free.

Believe I’d rather take sandpaper to a Bobcat’s ass in a phone booth than listen to Madonna in concert.

Ever see Godsmack live? Incredible! Also Rob Zombie, he puts on a show!
Also, I’m pretty sure I know what their political leanings are, but I’ve seen Godsmack live twie, Zombie live 5 times and they leave their politics offstage.

Like any entertainer, they want to perform until they die. The problem is, is that the audience dies years before them. There are exceptions like Leonard Cohen but some of this megastars should bow out with grace and just enjoy the limelight years or encourage other kids to be great in any way.
Madonna is a hag, Springsteen is a hag, all the rock groups from the 60’s and 70’s are too. Whatever happened to style, grace and self-respect?

I’ve seen U2, Jethro Tull, Aerosmith, Yes, etc. dozens of times. As professionals, when the clock strikes 9PM the show starts without fail.
She is just showing her contempt for the audience.
