I keep seeing all these Trump attack articles talking about some liberal comment or association he has had 2 years ago, or 20 years ago.

As a service to both people who like Trump and people who hate Trump, here is exactly what you need to do to make myself and just about any other person who is a Trump supporter bail on him and run to the nearest Cruz or Rubio exit!

Post an audio or video of Trump saying any one of the following things. (Feel free to add to the list folks)

1. I want to reach across the aisle and compromise with the democrats so that we can get things done in Washington.

2. Stopping immigration is not what America is all about. The statue of Liberty says to give me your tired and poor...blah blah...

3. Illegal immigration is an act of love

4. Islam is the religion of peace. Muslims are not terrorists

Many of the "Trumpkins" are quite touchy these days. It's hard to deal with the swarming TeeDeeEssers unless you've had experience.

Now THOSE were a TRUE free-for-all. Your screen name wasn't necessarily tied to an actual email addy - but it was a lot smaller site back then.

It was like bailing a boat with a constant leak to keep the enemy from over-running the site, and I think Jim was doing it by himself, with no mods.

This is tamer, especially with "the penalty box". Jim has been remarkably tolerant.

Trump’s stump speeches are simple so that almost everyone can understand them. It allows his message to be understood across a mass spectrum. There are many Americans that can’t comprehend at higher levels. There was a thread posted that analyzed this. I would have to look for it.
