Lose as in fail to get Cruz off the ballot, or lose as in winning the primary nomination because the issue hangs over Cruz’s head and he stays in denial?
It’s not denial. Cruz believes, based on his expertise and experience in constitutional law, that he is a natural born citizen and therefore qualified to run for the presidency. It’s up to that gas bag and the rest of the whiners to pursue the matter. They brought up the issue; they should be the ones to bring it to court.
However, my guess is that the courts will say they don’t have standing or find some other way to avoid the issue.
