He’s done plenty of charitable things over the years.

I agree that someone in his position should have contributed towards a 9/11 charity, but he’s no shrinking violet when it comes to giving. In fairness Trump’s efforts towards rebuilding lower Manhattan needs to be considered.

It’s his damn money. He’s supported thousands by employing them and thousands more by paying taxes.

It’s his freaking money.

My husband’s about to lose his job so we’re cutting our budget. The first thing to go was the charitable giving. Right now, we’re giving zip. (Incidentally, this is the first time since the last century that we haven’t financially supported a candidate.)

And that’s OUR business.

Just as Trump’s money is HIS business.
