RIP.
It’s one of the few sitcoms of that era I never saw in reruns. Curiously, I recall learning that John Forsythe’s future wife on “Dynasty”, Linda Evans, had a guest spot on it as a teenager.
Unlike the obnoxious, in-your-face, acting styles of child/teen stars of the modern era, Corcoran came across as quite realistic and pleasantly demure in “Bachelor Father.” It was a fairly underrated show, especially in the first few years. Filmed at ReVue studios at the same time and place “Leave it to Beaver” was.
I don’t think Corcoron did much after her series, but I do remember her in a “Gunsmoke” as a young farm wife, putting clothes on the clothesline, who gets rather unexpectedly shot and killed. A real grim episode. The main guest-star was Jay C. Flippen.
I was four years old and in LOVE, L-U-V
Goodbye to the understated juvenile great “Moochi”, too...
...no relation to any FLOTUS, be advised
I had missed hearing about the passing of the younger brother, Kevin.
The show was on my NBC retro station early in the morning, like 5 AM.
Seems she never got married
It’s official 2016:the year of actor death.
Never knew the two were siblings. Didn’t know or had forgotten Moochie had died. Noreen, on Bachelor Father was not often seen, but she is certainly remembered. RIP
