A Russian arrives in New York City as a new immigrant to the United States. It's 11:00 AM on a Wednesday.
He stops the first person he sees walking down the street and says, "Thank you Mr. American for letting me come into this country, giving me housing, food stamps, free medical care, and a free education!"
The passerby says, "You are mistaken, I am a Mexican and here illegally."
The man goes on and encounters another passerby. "Thank you for having such a beautiful country here in America."
The person says, "I not American, I Vietnamese and here on a Green Card that expired two years ago."
The new arrival walks farther and stops the next person he sees, then shaking his hand, and says, "Thank you for wonderful America!" That person puts up his hand and says, "I am from Middle East. I am not American. It was easy to get here via Arizona."
He finally sees a nice lady and asks, "Are you an American?"
She says, "No, I am from Africa here on an Education Green Card that expired 10 years ago."
Puzzled, he asks her, "Where are all the Americans?"
The African lady checks her watch and says: "Probably at work."
But they all said - “Here is how to get your Democrat voter registration card.”

Right and we and our ancestors built this Country with the ability God gave us through our Christian heritage, through Jesus blood. Now we are expected to be the slave of everyone in the world that wants to come here importing their foreign gods and beliefs. If they hate their countries so bad don’t bring all the deep rooted failures of their wicked, foul beliefs and systems here. And please don’t expect for us to pay you to do it.
Obviously it’s time for Americans to turn back to the God of Christianity and let Him sort out this super mess for only He can.
Churches permitted Caesar to wheedle them into support for the latter to usurp the former’s role of charity and grace.
I am not woofing; I saw concrete proof of this in the form of letters from FDR to pastors (a copy of one was passed out at a church I attended) asking for their promotion of Social Security.
Few were envisioning where this would go. Caesar was becoming the churches’ crutch, and soon would supplant them altogether. Those who would give benevolences through churches could now say they gave in their taxes and had a convenient excuse to proffer for the sometimes difficult duty of agape love.
The churches can make a grace comeback even now even amidst the morass. They need not wait for Caesar to stop. All they need to do is ask God for the power and wherewithal to mount a new witness. In mammon the bad pushes the good out of circulation; however in the kingdom of God the good pushes the bad out of circulation. We need to regain heart and bring the good to bear again.
Frequently at my local Walmart I wonder if there are any Americans left in America.........
