Sean Penn played himself in one of the later episodes of Two and a Half Men with Charlie Sheen. He was supposed to be a friend of Charlie Harper in a ‘support group’. The funny thing about the episode is that Sean was perfectly type cast, since he played a burned out loser with absolutely nothing of value to contribute.

Penn & the Mexican actress may be in serious danger. Good! When one lays down with dogs one must expect to get up with fleas. Hollywood has no place in the politics of a healthy people; indeed the actors do not fully belong to our society. In Shakespeare's time actors were not allowed to stay inside London. Greeks and Romans scorned them. Only a electorate capable of electing a negro community organizer as president would concern themselves with the opinions of actors and actresses.

Wonder how many brave celebrities will want to be in his vicinity?

I just don’t see it. Whatever else about the cartels may be true, they aren’t stupid. First, they know Guzman made the decision to meet Penn. Second, the article is a celebration of Guzman. The cartel types love a good corrido, a movie, or,,,,dare I say it, “the Cover of the Rolling Stone”.
Penn will be fine.

Cry me a river - consorting with fugitive drug cartel bosses can get people in serious danger, who knew?

It’s not the article that’s failed, it’s freaky Penn who’s the major fail.

While Penn said he believes the Mexican authorities have deliberately tried to put the blame on him for Guzman's arrest, he told Charlie Rose he does not fear for his life. That's good, Sean, bluster bravely in hopes that Guzman stays locked up forever. Of course to El Chapo, he could be locked away in a super-max forever, but that doesn't guarantee you safety.
So be sure to tell El Chapo's hit men that you're not afraid. They will laugh, and maybe even video the thing and post it on YouTube.
To tell the truth, I know lots of people who'd love to see the look on your face when they introduce you to Mister Blowtorch.

It's been just over four months since Sean Penn met with the world's most wanted drug lord, and things aren't going as the actor had planned. So when is Sean's interview with Hillary coming out?
