Hmm.   Early on, Rush said that Trump was not a conservative, but an "American", so I think Rush at least acknowledged he is ready to support any anti-establishment candidate.

And even if Trump should win, there will be plenty of opposition to government change for decades to come.   The MSM will still be out there fighting back like they did with Reagan.

So I have faith that there will still be plenty of topics for conservatives and right-leaning independents to get worked up about.   The radio conservatives will still have plenty of opportunity to get their listeners' blood circulating faster without ever stepping one foot in a gym :-)

You are correct, I never heard Rush call Trump (nor McCain, nor Romney) a conservative.

That is for the “hold your nose” day after we allow the primary to be lost.

We have to learn from our mistakes.
