Being a big fan of the Phantasm movies, and looking forward to the last one, "Phantasm: Ravager," Angus will be missed.

I liked the scene where he picks up an entire coffin by himself. LOL

Hope he isn’t turned into a short little munchkin zombie and transported to another dimension!
I loved his movies too!
Sad that he has passed. :(

I met Bill Thornbury about ten years ago. Nice guy. Now a Christian musician and may still be a music professor.

“The Silver Sphere is about twice the size of a
billiard ball. It has a couple of very sharp hooks
built into it. It flies through the air, attaches
itself to your forehead, and digs in. Then a drill
comes out and pierces your skull just above the
bridge of the nose, while blood spurts out the other
end. I hate it when that happens.”

RIP. I could never bring myself to watch Phantasm. I cannot abide scary movies. Scarred as a child I guess.

Love the Phantasm movies. Looking forward to the new one, too.
The Tall Man is one of my all-time favorite characters. RIP

The guy won Grammy awards for writing the liner notes for albums from Frank Sinatra and the Beatles. Quite a varied and interesting life.
